Quick troubleshooting

My sign-in link doesn't work

Links are single-use and expire after about an hour. Request a fresh one at matchcream.com/login — no password needed.

My cream's label couldn't be read

Retake the photo closer, in good light and without glare. The front label identifies the product; the back label improves ingredient accuracy.

My analysis failed

Failed analyses are refunded automatically, so you can simply try again. If it keeps happening, contact us below.

How do credits work?

You get 3 free credits at sign-up and each analysed cream costs 1 credit. Plans with monthly credits are on the pricing page.

Can I update my skin questionnaire?

Yes — open matchcream.com/analyses and expand Current Preferences. Updating it is free and never changes your past reports.
