The service

MatchCream generates AI-powered skincare product comparisons from photos and questionnaire answers you provide. Reports are informational guidance about product fit — they are not medical advice, and they do not replace a dermatologist. If you have a skin condition, consult a professional.

Your account

You need an account to run analyses. Keep your email access secure — sign-in links sent to it are the key to your account. You must be at least 18 to use MatchCream.

Credits and payments

Analyses consume credits. New accounts receive free welcome credits; paid plans add monthly credits and are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, until cancelled. Failed analyses are refunded to your credit balance automatically. Credits have no cash value.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and confirm you have the right to upload them. You grant us the limited licence needed to process them for your analysis. Photos are deleted automatically 30 days after an analysis.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempting to access other people's data, no uploading unlawful content, and no reselling analyses outside the professional features we provide for that purpose.

Liability

MatchCream is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
